Criminal Trial Attorney

He has defended clients facing life in prison and millions in restitution. His courtroom experience has earned him a reputation as a formidable defense attorney. George constantly trains and improves his skills through national seminars on trial advocacy and jury selection. His goal is always to be the strongest voice for his clients at every stage of the case. George knows that experience and tireless preparation is what wins cases.

George brings  poise and confidence in the face of the government’s evidence. Taking on prosecution experts who present unfounded opinions. Colleagues and former clients describe his command of the courtroom as unwavering when questioning the most seasoned cops and investigators.

Federal Crime Attorney

George’s work on Federal Criminal Defense trials include defending complex white collar crime and fraud cases. His expertise in presenting defenses to multi-million dollar fraud allegations is a unique aspect of his practice. George has tried federal tax and wire fraud cases which have been developed by Federal Prosecutors for years. Defending clients accused of embezzlement and fraud has given him a reputation for being a strong and unyielding attorney. George is known in the Federal Defense Community for zealous advocacy and command of the law.

Mr. Gedulin is dedicated to being at the forefront of developments in the law and science. He hires the most respected expert and former law enforcement witnesses; knowing that strategic preparation is critical to a successful defense.

Civil Rights Attorney

During his final year of Law School, he was selected to intern with the San Diego Public Defenders office. Working along side two-esteemed criminal defense attorneys on dozens of felony cases, including murder and manslaughter trials, George gained unique experience. Through this work George came to know San Diego judges and prosecutors.

He has worked as a Pro-Bono Attorney for the San Diego Family Justice Center where he helped victims of domestic violence obtain restraining orders. George knows his clients as individuals not simply as defendants in a case. George gives clients peace of mind by returning phone calls and preparing them before every stage in their case. George has become a resource for media seeking information and commentary on criminal matters. He has worked on high-profile cases with media coverage. When not in court, George spends time with his wife Sarah and their dog Henry at the beach.
