As a resident of San Diego for more than 25 years, Attorney George Gedulin takes pride in defending the rights of his clients. His life experiences have driven his passion both for the law and for fighting for individual rights. The majority of his practice focuses on courtroom litigation—tenacious advocacy and defense of his clients during trial. He has represented hundreds of defendants in State and Federal prosecutions.

He constantly trains and improves his skills through national seminars on trial advocacy and jury selection. In every case, he brings poise and confidence in the face of the government’s evidence. He has tried federal tax and wire fraud cases that have been developed by federal prosecutors for years.
Successfully Defending the Civil Rights of Individuals
Attorney Gedulin has a record of winning significant monetary awards for his clients who have suffered civil rights violations. Most recently, he won a large settlement for his client in a lawsuit against the CHP (California Highway Patrol) for civil rights violations.
When not in court, Attorney Gedulin spends time with his three young children, wife, Sarah, and their dog, Henry, at the beach. He is passionate about surfing and loves to travel.
